Frequently Asked Questions

Meal Delivery

Q: How does the service work?
Each week, I deliver 3 main dishes, 3 sides dishes, and 1 snack or healthy dessert, right to your door. I create a customized menu based on your preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients. I only use fresh, organic, high-integrity ingredients. No seed oils, no hydrogenated oils or refined or processed foods. Just the best of the best! Please note that at this time, I’m only available to deliver on Tuesdays and/or Fridays.

Q: How are the meals packaged?
The food is packaged in parchment paper lined disposable foil containers and glass jars. Some of my regular clients prefer to have their food delivered in glass containers/pyrex dishes. I am open to this as and it is something we can discuss in our initial call.

Q: Do you cook in my home or your own kitchen?
I prepare the food in my kitchen.

Q: Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. All menus are thoughtfully designed around your preferences and sensitivities, with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and other custom options like carnivore, paleo, keto and beyond.

Q: How long to the meals last?
Most meals are designed to stay fresh for 3–5 days in the refrigerator (less time for salads, more for heartier food items). I’ll include notes on each item for optimal storage and reheating.

Q: Do you offer family style meals or individual portions?
For the most part, it’s family style. With that said, I can tailor the packaging and portions to suit your household (for example, if someone is gluten free but no one else is, I can portion out the meals accordingly).

Q: What areas do you deliver to?
I am based in Dripping Springs, but I offer delivery to the surrounding area - including the greater Austin area. The meal delivery fee is included in the price within a 15 mile radius of my kitchen. Beyond that, a minimum $50 delivery fee is charged (the price shall be determined based on your address).

Q: How much does the service cost?

$375 for couples
$500 for families up to 4
$50 for each additional family member thereafter

The fees above do not include the cost of groceries. Those are billed separately, but average around $175-$275/week, depending on the size of your family and the ingredients themselves (if you’re vegetarian, your grocery bill will likely be on the lower end, for example).

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
Before we begin working together, we’ll have a one on one call to discuss the specifics of your dietary needs and preferences. I’ll create a master list of meals for you to choose from, and we’ll pick a menu each week. The menu must be chosen 1 week before the delivery date.

Q: What if I need to skip a week or cancel the service?
No problem. I want this to work for you, so there is actually no commitment. All I ask is that if you want a meal delivery, that you let me know the menu a week in advance. Otherwise, no other commitment is necessary.

Catering for Events

Q: What kinds of events do you cater?
I cater both intimate gatherings and professional events—from private dinners and parties to corporate retreats and brand launches. Each menu is crafted to reflect the tone, style, and season of your event.

Q: How is the menu created for an event?
Each catering experience begins with a consultation. I will learn about your event, guest count, and theme, then design a menu that highlights seasonal, organic ingredients.

Q: Do you provide staff or rentals?
I do not. I and my team provide the food and our focus is on executing that part of your event to give you the best possible experience. My team will work together with your servers/bartenders when needed to make sure to give you and your guests the absolute best experience.

Q: How far in advance should I book catering?
For small private events, please book at least 3–4 weeks in advance. For larger gatherings or corporate events, we recommend 6–8 weeks to ensure full customization and availability.
