My Approach to Cooking

I started my boutique meal delivery and catering business because I believe healthy food can be exciting! You probably found me because you’re interested in nourishing your body but either you’re busy and you don’t have the extra time to get creative in the kitchen or you don’t like cooking!

That is ok. You’re in the right place because I will take that load off your plate.

You only get one body, and it is your temple, yours to cherish and care for as long as you get to live this precious life.

Today, we cannot escape the onslaught of:

  • Blue light

  • Environmental pollution

  • Toxic chemicals that live in our water ways, soil, and air.

But just because we cannot escape it doesn’t mean we cannot do anything to reduce our exposure, and increase our chances of feeling and looking our best.

Feeding yourself and your family is a full time job, and going out to eat is often the easiest option. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to find restaurants or delivery services that employ the 3 parts of my food equation.

If you’re ready to feel your best and to take the difficulty out of healthy eating, let’s chat. My goal is to help you thrive, and I can do that, one meal at a time.

Where it all Began

I didn’t inherit my Grandmother’s passion for cooking until later in life. Nana Rita was your typical plump Italian Grandmother, usually found cooking a pot of sauce with joy eminating from her.

In my twenties, I was managing a team at lululemon, feeling in over my head and unsure of what leadership truly meant. Everything changed after a 2007 trip to Los Angeles, where I discovered farmers markets, home-cooked meals, and a TV channel I’d never heard of — The Food Network.

There, I found inspiration in Ina Garten, my friend Cassandra’s way of cooking from scratch, and the abundance of California’s fresh produce. When I returned home to Montreal, I bought every Ina Garten cookbook I could find and started cooking, inviting my team over for dinner to share what I made.

Through food, I discovered something powerful — connection, generosity, and the kind of leadership that begins at the table.

Where We’re at Now

Today, I prepare nutritious, organic meals each week for families who want to eat well without the stress of planning. Every recipe is crafted with the same care and love that once filled my grandmother’s kitchen — nourishing food that connects people around the table.

My mission is simple: to take the guesswork out of meal prep so you can serve high-quality, wholesome food made with love, week after week.

I’m so glad you’re here — let’s create a new story with food.
